Each listing gives sales associates a chance to win trips to national conference
PARSIPPANY, NJ (October 15, 2001) – ERA Franchise Systems LLC recently kicked off its 2001 Listing Contest, part of a continuing effort to offer incentives and encourage competition between its system's members.
The "ERA List Your Way West" contest challenges sales professionals and brokers affiliated with ERA franchised brokerages nationwide to increase their local market share by focusing on obtaining listings. Awards are presented to those who have the greatest increase in the number of signed, 180-day listing agreements as compared to the same period last year. The contest ends December 15, 2001.
"Contests like these create a healthy competition among our 28,000 brokers and associates," says Peter Burgdorff, ERA Real Estate President and CEO. "The competition and the benefits they produce for our associates and brokers are yet another value that ERA system members possess through their affiliation with our global network."
Each winning sales associate or team will be awarded two trips (one for the winning sales associate or one team member and one for their managing broker/owner) to the ERA International Business Conference in San Antonio, TX, February 24-27, 2002. A total of six prizes will be awarded - one per each of ERA's four sales region, one prize within the ERA affiliated companies of NRT, and one prize for the top sales team in the country.
The listing contest is being co-sponsored by Intuit, Inc., and Merrill Corporation.
