ERA REAL ESTATE TO LAUNCH NEW NATIONAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
TV commercials to premiere at annual conference in February PARSIPPANY, NJ (November 28, 2001) – ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today it will unveil its new national advertising campaign at the 2002 ERA® International Business Conference, February 24-27, in San Antonio, TX. In development since the summer of 2001, the new campaign includes four 15-second television spots along with print and radio advertisements that will be available for local market use by ERA affiliates nationwide. While details of the commercials will not be revealed until February, P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of marketing, ERA Franchise Systems LLC, offers some insight into the campaign: "The new campaign was designed to reflect the personal dedication and attention to detail that brokers and sales associates possess. To capture the attention of consumers, the commercials feature a humorous twist," explains Smith. "There are four different spots, each one a short story that highlights an ERA sales associate going above and beyond the call of duty to assist a client. The commercials will debut on national television in late February."
