PARSIPPANY, NJ, January 8, 2002 - ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today the appointment of Scott Becker to vice president of service support, reporting to President & COO, Brenda W. Casserly.
In this position, Becker will be responsible for the development, integration and implementation of service systems and internal finance. In this capacity, he will oversee the management and staff of the awards and recognition, training, relocation and business development, and service for the global brand.

Prior to his appointment, Becker served as director of Broker Relations for Cendant Corporation providing value-added services to franchisees in the top broker programs, which include the ERA® Top 50, Century 21® 2100 Club, and Coldwell Banker® Chairman's Circle. In that role, he also assisted with franchise renewal/expansion, communications, relocation, mortgage utilization and the introduction of Cendant Preferred Alliance programs.
Prior to joining Cendant Corporation in 2001, Becker was an associate territory business manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ. His diverse background features work in mortgage relations, pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Among Becker's career highlights is a 338 percent increase in sales volume over a three-year period while employed by TAP Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Bergen County, NJ.
Becker is a graduate of Ithaca College (NY) with a bachelor's degree in history.
