ERA Rutherford combines with Jones & Company Realtors, oldest real estate company in Springfield (MO)
PARSIPPANY, NJ, January 15, 2002 - ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today that network affiliate ERA Rutherford in Springfield (MO) has combined with Jones & Company Realtors, also of Springfield. As a combined brokerage, ERA Rutherford and ERA Jones & Company Realtors, will have four office locations and a sales force of more than 150 associates.
Founded in 1967, Jones & Company Realtors is the oldest real estate company in Springfield. Today the company operates two offices, with more than 85 sales associates, in Southwest Missouri. In 2001, Jones & Company Realtors reported an annual gross closed income (GCI) of $4 million. Thomas Barnett, general manager of Jones and Company Realtors, will continue to oversee the daily operations of the company. The brokerage will continue to be headquartered in Springfield.
