ERA REAL ESTATE HOSTS PERSONAL ASSISTANT CONFERENCE
Personal assistants gather in Las Vegas for educational seminars and idea-sharing PARSIPPANY, NJ, April 8, 2002 - As part of a roster of training programs, ERA Real Estate will host its annual "Personal Assistant National Conference," April 22-23 in Las Vegas. "In today's marketplace, it is essential for many of our top selling sales associates to have an efficient and effective personal assistant," said Kathi Mathis, director of training. "This conference will provide assistants with the systems and tools they need to help increase the sales associates' productivity and profit." Throughout the conference, assistants will participate in idea-sharing sessions and interactive workshops. Topics for discussion will include time management, office organization, referral generation and stress reduction. The event will also feature a variety of seminars, including "What Agents Really Need" and "Perfecting Your Proficiency as a Personal Assistant." The ERA® Training Department offers a variety of educational programs throughout the country to promote and provide effective real estate training to its brokers and sales associates.
