NEW ERA REAL ESTATE INITIATIVES CAN HELP AFFILIATED BROKERS AND AGENTS INCREASE MARKET SHARE AND PROFITABILITY
Products, services and programs introduced at Annual International Business Conference aimed at leveraging brand awareness, technology and expertise
PARSIPPANY, NJ, March, 2002 - In a continuing effort to help its affiliates grow their businesses, ERA Real Estate recently introduced several new products and services at its 2002 International Business Conference, including a new advertising campaign, expanded online technology and enhanced training programs.
"We want our members to leverage their own strengths and skills with ERA® programs," said Brenda W. Casserly, president and COO, ERA Real Estate. "In the competitive arena of real estate sales, we strive to help our affiliates expand their businesses through programs and services designed to save them time and money."
Since the start of 2002, ERA Real Estate has introduced the following new products and services to its global network of more than 28,000 brokers and sales associates:
Marketing
Television Commercials: A national advertising campaign designed to reflect the dedication of ERA sales associates and brokers.
Marketing Collateral:ERA marketing, promotional and sales materials have a new, upscale look designed to create consistency.
Parents Magazine Partnership: The ERA Real Estate/Parents magazine "On The Move" program offers affiliates complimentary gift bags to give to customers who have children.
Magazine Closing Gift Promotion: Through this program, ERA sales associates have the opportunity to send magazine subscriptions to their clients.
ERA Advertiser: A Web-based application that allows users to create customized advertising materials and delivers them to their local publications. Affiliates have access to the program through TeamERA.com, the Intranet site for ERA members.
Technology
ERA Web Template: A pre-built customizable Web page for sales associates.
ERA Move Planner: An e-mail utility designed to help sales associates keep in touch with customers between contract and closing. The system provides clients with timely tips at each stage of the move process.
ERA Leaders EDG Agent: A Web-based contact management program, which helps ERA sales associates effectively prospect for new clients and follow-up with current customers.
Training
Hispanic Listing Presentation: A flip chart, CD-ROM and video are now available in Spanish.
On-line Training: The training department also translated its flagship course, AccelERAtion, into Spanish. AccelERAtion is part of the roster of e-Campus courses offered by ERA Real Estate.
"Combined with our many other unique offerings, such the ERA Sellers Security® Plan and ERA Mortgage, the initiatives introduced in 2002 provide our brokers and sales associates with the tools they need to better serve their customers in this highly competitive industry," said Casserly. "In addition to the initiatives we introduced at our annual conference, we plan to unveil several other customized materials and programs for our network in the upcoming months."
