Program's aim is to drive business to ERA® offices and sales associates
PARSIPPANY, NJ, May 7, 2002 - ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today at its annual meeting of top brokers that it has teamed up with Fairfield Resorts, Inc. to offer affiliates "Get Up and Go With ERA" hotel accommodation certificates as a tool for generating leads.
The new ERA Select ServicesSM program offers ERA sales associates and brokers the opportunity to purchase these certificates at a low cost to give to prospective and existing clients. Each certificate entitles the recipient to complimentary hotel accommodations in a variety of cities throughout the country. Vacation destinations include Orlando, Lake Tahoe, Sedona and Myrtle Beach.
"We created this vacation incentive program to give our sales associates and brokers a cost effective tool to help drive business through their doors. Certificates are available to ERA affiliates through St. Cloud (MN)-based Merrill Corporation's on-line store. Additionally, customizable marketing tools to promote this program are located on TeamERA.com, the Intranet site of ERA Real Estate.
The "Get Up and Go With ERA" certificate program is part of the ERA® Select ServicesSM program offered to its 28,000 brokers and sales associates. ERA Select Services is a combination of National Preferred and Local Business alliances. The National Preferred Alliances segment provides the benefits of convenience and cost saving offers for consumers, brokers and sales associates.
