ERA affiliates utilize new features on TeamERA.com to save time and money
PARSIPPANY, NJ, September 23, 2002 - ERA Real Estate reported today that traffic on its Intranet site, TeamERA.com, has increased more than 82 percent during the first six months of the year compared to the same period last year.
TeamERA.com is an information center that provides ERA sales associates and brokers with timely data about the global franchise and the real estate industry. The site is home to training programs, customizable marketing materials and technology programs.
"This year ERA Real Estate has focused on building new features on TeamERA.com to better serve its global membership," said P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of marketing, ERA Real Estate. "TeamERA.com is an educational forum where affiliates can learn about the products and services offered through the brand. It is also home to a variety of on-line programs."
One of the new features on TeamERA.com is the "ERA Web Template," a pre-built customized Web page for sales associates. This offers all ERA sales associates the opportunity to have a professionally designed Web site without incurring the costs of a designer. Features of the template include a personal profile, listings, contact and buyer/seller information. After the site is created, the sales associate can download it to a local host.
Another time and money saving feature is the "ERA Online Advertiser," a Web-based application that gives affiliates the opportunity to create, produce, plan and deliver customized advertising materials to local media outlets.
To help affiliates reach out to customers, ERA Real Estate developed the "ERA Move Planner." This e-mail utility was designed to help sales associates keep in touch with customers from the time the contract is signed until closing. After the sales associates enter their customer information into the program, clients begin receiving timely tips about moving via e-mail.
Through the ERA Property Flyer program, affiliates have the ability to download and format flyers to post to a Web site, e-mail to a client or distribute at an open house.
In addition to programs designed to help sales associates keep in touch with consumers, ERA Real Estate created several on-line products for brokers and expanded the "Broker-Only" section of the Intranet site. For example, the "ERA Electronic Recruiter" is a tool designed to save brokers time when recruiting new agents. The Internet-based utility generates e-mail messages for sales associates of all career levels. There are four tracks, each with 10 messages, which are sent during the course of several months. The messages feature information about ERA incentive programs, technology and training. Other communications focus on the unique products and services offered by the global franchise such as the ERA Sellers Security Plan.
ERA Real Estate is also developing several innovative technology products to release at the 2003 ERA International Business Conference, March 13-16 in San Diego, CA.
