ERA REAL ESTATE HOSTS ANNUAL PROFITABILITY CONFERENCE
Top ERA brokers gather in Nashville to focus on concepts designed to help increase profits PARSIPPANY, NJ, October 16, 2002 - To help its brokers identify ways to increase profits and implement cost-saving programs, ERA Real Estate will host its third annual "Profitability Conference" at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville (TN), October 21-22. Top ERA brokers are invited to attend the two-day conference, which will focus on maximizing profitability through technology, new business models and trends in management. Brokers will also receive an analysis of their company's financial statements based on a system of comparison to other highly profitable companies. The meeting will combine guest speaker presentations and idea-sharing sessions. During the conference, Brenda W. Casserly, president & COO, ERA Real Estate, will share her perspective on profitable companies based on her own experience and that of ERA real estate brokers nationwide. "This is a popular forum where our brokers can focus on ways to enhance business in the coming year," said Casserly. "It's also an opportunity for ERA brokers to share strategies for success and discuss new concepts for maximizing profitability." Joining Casserly at the conference will be Judy Reeves, president of Burgdorff ERA, who will discuss how she financially manages 16 offices throughout northern New Jersey. Additionally, Dennis Gould of CompensationMaster will discuss strategies for developing aggressive compensation plans to attract and motivate real estate sales professionals. CompensationMaster, based in Charlotte (NC), helps companies increase productivity and profitability by creating and managing compensation plans. Brokers are also encouraged to attend several breakout sessions including, "Build Your Business by Developing Customers For Life" and "Mergers & Acquisitions."
