ERA Win Realty combines with The Property Professionals in Fremont (CA)
PARSIPPANY, NJ, November 7, 2002 - ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today that network affiliates ERA Win Realty in Union City (CA) and The Property Professionals of Fremont (CA) have united to create a network of nearly 100 sales associates serving the San Francisco Bay area.
ERA Win Realty has been helping people achieve the dream of homeownership since 1984 with a diversified staff of 60 sales associates who speak more than 12 different languages. The company is an ERA® President's Circle Top 50 brokerage and a member of the National Military Broker Network.
The Property Professionals has served the East Bay area since 1977, specializing in luxury homes and relocation services. In 2001, it reported a gross closed income (GCI) of $3.5 million. The company has 35 full-time sales professionals with an average of 15 years of experience and $4.3 million in annual sales. Steven Lloyd, sales manager of The Property Professionals, will continue to oversee daily operations of the brokerage.
