TV's "Dr. Phil" will be on hand at conference to "Tell it like it is"
PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 20, 2004 – "ERA ...On the Move" is the theme for the 2004 ERA International Business Conference, to be held Feb. 26-29 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. ERA brokers and sales associates from across the United States will converge in Las Vegas for the three-day conference to take part in cutting-edge training courses, workshops and networking events, all strategically designed to help them better achieve their professional goals.
In addition to educational opportunities, this year's meeting will also feature exciting and inspiring keynote speakers. Dr. Phillip C. McGraw, better known to millions of Americans as simply "Dr. Phil," will bring his "tell-it-like-is" style of motivational speaking to the conference. Drawing on 25 years of experience in psychology and human functioning, McGraw takes on real, no-nonsense issues in a manner that will undoubtedly benefit all the ERA professionals in attendance.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear Erin Gruwell's inspiring story of how she helped 150 of her students use the power of education to write a book, graduate from high school and attend college. Jersey Films and Universal Studios will be turning her inspiring story into a major motion picture later this year.
In his role as national youth chairman for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), country recording star Billy Gilman will also attend the conference. ERA Real Estate is proud to serve as the sole corporate sponsor of MDA within the real estate industry.
