ERA REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES NEW VERSION OF ERA® ON-LINE ADVERTISER
Redesign makes navigation and editing even simpler for ERA professionals PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 24, 2004 – As a result of ongoing feedback from its network of brokers and sales associates, ERA Real Estate today announced an upgraded version of its ERA® On-Line Advertiser. Enhancements to the ERA On-Line Advertiser – a Web-based platform for creating marketing materials that include customized advertisements, flyers, posters and billboards – allow ERA professionals the ability to produce customized templates and more flexibility in creating marketing and advertising materials. One of the most exciting changes to the ERA On-Line Advertiser is a simplified three-step editing process that allows users to select templates, make text and image edits, and produce a marketing piece. ERA professionals are no longer limited by the template layouts. With the new enhancements, they are now able to add or remove, realign, resize, reposition or reformat text and photos, and can also create listing shells with as many or as few homes in a classified advertisement as they prefer. The upgraded version also allows ERA brokers and sales associates to rename and save their customized templates in their personal libraries for future use.
