PARSIPPANY, NJ, June 1, 2004 – ERA Real Estate will hold its first annual ERA® Premier Agent National Conference June 3-5 at the Chicago Swissotel, ranked among the top 500 hotels in the world. ERA Premier Agents are an elite group whose membership comprises the top one percent of all sales associates in the ERA real estate system.

ERA Premier Agents are nominated for this distinction by their respective brokers for their overall customer satisfaction, knowledge and use of ERA products and services, including demonstrated strength in the mortgage financing process. Attendees will participate in round table discussions lead by the top-performing ERA Premier Agents during the first two days of the national conference. In addition to these discussions, breakout sessions have been scheduled to further facilitate educational and idea-sharing opportunities among the group.

An optional third day of training is offered and will feature two courses presented by Integrity Systems, Inc. These courses, Managing Goal Achievement® and Integrity Selling®, have been developed to assist sales professionals more easily achieve their most challenging business and personal goals. In addition to these training and educational opportunities, representatives from ERA Mortgage will be on hand to unveil their latest marketing materials designed specifically for use by ERA Premier Agents.
