Company's most successful sales associates honored in Charleston, S.C.
PARSIPPANY, NJ, July 13, 2004 – ERA Real Estate, one of the world's largest residential real estate franchisors, is once again poised to recognize an elite group of its top-producing professionals at its annual "Beyond Excellence" conference. This year's event will be held in the historic city of Charleston, S.C., July 18-21.
During the conference, roundtable discussions and question-and-answer sessions will provide an opportunity for ERA® sales associates to share strategies for growing their real estate businesses and providing better customer satisfaction. A gala opening night networking party will be held at the Charleston Visitor Center, a beautifully restored 1857 railway depot. In addition to these events, a "Leaders' Circle" dinner and a "Top Agent" awards reception will be held during the conference to further honor the highest achievers within this prestigious group.

The Beyond Excellence conference is by invitation only. To qualify for the event, ERA sales associates or selling brokers must have achieved 40 residential units closed or $100,000 in residential adjusted gross commission (AGC) during the previous year. Associate or broker teams who generated 60 residential units or $150,000 in residential AGC are also invited to the conference.
