ERA® REAL ESTATE INTRODUCES NEW DIRECT MARKETING SYSTEM
Two new programs facilitate customer follow-up and increase referrals Parsippany, NJ (September 16, 1999) – ERA Real Estate todasy unveiled ERA Direct, a personalized marketing system designed to help members generate home sales through increased client contact. The new system combines two innovative direct mail marketing programs, "Just Sold" and "Client Follow-Up," that target current ERA clients as well as their neighbors. The Just Sold component of ERA Direct, features a newly-designed postcard that allows an associate to announce the successful sale of a property to nearby residents. Using an advanced geo-coding system, a postcard is sent to the 25 homes closest to the property sold following the close of a transaction. Each card is personalized with the associate's name and business information (photograph and signature are optional) and contains a business reply card to help drive leads directly to the appropriate office. The Client Follow-Up component is designed to help retain customers and increase referrals. The associate stays in constant contact with a buyer for a 30-month period following a transaction by utilizing direct mail pieces, including a personalized thank-you letter and informational postcards. For a nominal fee, a sales associate can extend their client contact to five years with a biannual subscription to Today's Living magazine. Each issue features a personalized letter from the sales associate to the customer as well as moneysaving coupons on products and services.
