Parsippany, NJ (March 22, 2000) – Global real estate leader ERA Franchise Systems LLC today announced the promotion of Brenda W. Casserly from Senior Vice President of Operations to Chief Operating Officer.
In her new role, Casserly will continue to oversee the company's Service Support, Educational Development, Special Events, and Awards and Recognition programs while assisting with the overall operations of the ERA system. She will continue to report to ERA President and CEO Peter Burgdorff. Prior to joining ERA in 1998, Casserly was employed by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, where she held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Operations Review and Senior Vice President of Affiliate Service Initiatives. A real estate industry veteran, Casserly served as a Regional Vice President for the Coldwell Banker franchise system and previously operated Coldwell Banker Security Real Estate, a multi-office real estate company in a tri-city area of Tennessee and Virginia.
