Parsippany, NJ (April 2, 1998) – ERA Franchise Systems LLC recently appointed Brenda Casserly as senior vice president of Member Services for the ERA system. In this position Casserly will oversee the preferred alliance program, the awards and recognition program, special events, referrals and relocation and assist with the day to day operations for the ERA system. She will work closely with Peter Burgdorff, ERA President and CEO, and the ERA management team.
Previously, Casserly directed national Affiliate Services Initiatives for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates and resided in Atlanta, Georgia. She has served in many positions with Prudential, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the southeast region, and Director of Operations Review. Prior to joining Prudential, Casserly operated Coldwell Banker Security Real Estate, a multi-office real estate company in a tri-city area of Tennessee and Virginia.
Burgdorff said Casserly brings enormous experience and expertise to ERA Real Estate. "We are pleased to have Brenda join the ERA team. Casserly has a Bachelor of Science degree in History/Sociology and a Master of Arts degree in Consultive Psychology from East Tennessee State University.
