FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ERA® REAL ESTATE PARTNERS WITH AUTHOR LESLIE LEVINE TO HELP HOMEBUYERS EASE THE PRESSURE OF RELOCATION

Parsippany, NJ (March 26, 1999) – To help today's homebuyers relieve the anxieties of home relocation, ERA Real Estate will embark on a national media tour with relocation expert and author Leslie Levine. Her new book, Will This Place Ever Feel Like Home? Simple Advice for Settling in After Your Move, is a thoughtful, useful guide for anyone considering or in the process of a move.

ERA will bring Levine's ideas to life during a multi-city tour of major U.S. media markets this spring. The tour will allow Levine to share the topical information in her new book to TV and radio audiences, and offer viewers and listeners to contact ERA for its exclusive Simple Advice for Settling in After Your Move brochure. Planning is underway for online "chats" with Levine, sponsored by ERA, for online users worldwide.

"Leslie Levine's book complements the theme of the new ERA advertising campaign, Always There For You," said Peter Burgdorff, ERA President and CEO. "Homebuying is a major investment for consumers and we want our customers to know that ERA Real Estate professionals will be there to help beyond the closing."

"My partnership with ERA is a wonderful match, considering that the company philosophy embraces many of the messages that I convey in my book," said Leslie Levine, author of Will This Place Ever Feel Like Home? "In my own family's relocation from the East Coast, I found a need to write this book. I know firsthand the concerns homebuyer's might have. Hopefully, my book – combined with the commitment of ERA brokers and associates – can help homebuyers make a smooth transition into a new home."

To celebrate the new partnership, ERA invited Levine to attend its recent International Business Conference in San Diego to meet and speak with brokers and sales associates about helping potential homebuyers address the anxiety of purchasing a home and relocating. At the conference, Levine autographed copies of her new book for ERA attendees in return for a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
