ERA® REAL ESTATE SELECTED BY HOMESTEPS AS EXCLUSIVE PARTNER FOR NEW PROGRAM
Parsippany, NJ (November 20, 1997) – ERA has been selected by HomeSteps to be the exclusive real estate company for 1998 to lead a new program designed to help sell its inventory of homes valued in excess of $2 billion a year. ERA was chosen as the Franchise Select program partner. Franchise Select is part of a new branding initiative by HomeSteps, to select a major real estate company as a partner to encourage the sale of HomeSteps properties through national real estate brokers. As its partner, ERA sales associates will have the opportunity to participate in Selling Agent Select, an incentive program designed to focus real estate sales associates on selling HomeSteps properties. The partnership allows ERA sales associates access to HomeSteps' home listings, the second largest owner-seller of properties in the nation. "We chose ERA as our partner to launch Franchise Select because ERA is a progressive and results-driven franchise," said John Czerw, HomeSteps vice president of Real Estate Services. "We are confident that this exclusive arrangement will allow both ERA and HomeSteps to expand an already close relationship." The program will be rolled-out January 1, 1998 and enrolled ERA agents will have the opportunity to earn a bonus when they sell a HomeSteps property. There is no cost to the associate or a limit on the number of associates participating.
