ERA REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES NEW COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING AND PROSPECTING PROGRAM FOR MATURE HOMEBUYERS AND SELLERS
– "New Thresholds" program designed to address diverse needs of 50-plus consumers –

PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 16, 2005 – ERA Real Estate today announced a new marketing and prospecting system created to help its network of real estate professionals serve the growing mature consumer market. The New Thresholds program is designed to help sales associates address the specific needs and concerns of 50-plus consumers, which represents one of the fastest growing segment of today's real estate market.

The ERA® New Thresholds program provides ERA brokers and sales associates with services and resources specifically designed for mature consumers. Targeted marketing and presentation materials, including separate brochures for both mature homebuyers and mature home sellers, have been written to help ERA professionals communicate with this unique market segment. ERA members can also employ several new print and banner advertisements that can be customized to meet the needs of each individual real estate professional. In addition, the ERA New Thresholds program includes a video that highlights the ERA commitment to the mature homebuyer and profiles success stories of ERA sales associates and brokers who have worked within this market.
