– TeamERA.com enhanced to optimize online experience for brokers, sales associates – PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 14, 2005 – At its annual International Business Conference in Orlando, Fla. ERA Real Estate today announced several significant updates and enhancements to its intranet site, TeamERA.com, an online resource tool created to support its network of real estate professionals. The relaunched Web site features navigational upgrades, content additions and a fresh, clean look that enhances the online experience and greatly improves user efficiency. "ERA Real Estate places great emphasis on maintaining an ongoing, constructive dialogue with our brokers and sales associates. The new TeamERA.com site is a tangible outcome of this open communications with our affiliates," said P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president, marketing, ERA Real Estate. With this collective goal in mind, we have worked hard to improve the efficiency and usability of this site." The newly designed site features a redefined, streamlined navigation system that ensures users are never more than three "clicks" away from what they need. New, easy "expand and close" menus are now in place, as well as menus featuring a "bread crumb trail" design to ensure users never lose their path back to an earlier page. Dynamic, real-time site maps are now provided, as well as an improved, searchable image library. Valuable content has also been added to TeamERA.com, including interactive "how-to" video tutorials to walk site visitors through various ERAŽ systems, step-by-step. Greater personalization is also a focus of the redesigned site. Personalized homepages, a "My Favorites" area with bookmarked links and specialized content based on user profiles have all been incorporated to increase the overall value of the site for every visiting ERA professional. The site even offers "Related Links" to provide users quick and easy access to other relevant resources depending on the section of the site they are currently visiting.
