section briefly describes the "Commitments of ERA Real Estate" and
explains how ERA Real Estate began as an innovator in the real estate brokerage
industry. We hope that in reviewing our commitments, you can see that we are
committed to continuing this proud history of developing and offering programs,
products, and services to meet the needs of a constantly evolving industry. The
one thing we haven't addressed here is the final commitment we have to offer. It
is our commitment to keeping our word.

Commitment to Service: We offer a written guarantee, the "ERA
Commitment to Service," which guarantees the clients and customers of local ERA
professionals that if their ERA broker or sales associate does not
deliver on the promises made, or if they are not completely satisfied, at
anytime, with the service they receive, they can terminate their listing.
If we could not deliver on this guarantee, we would not make the offer. But we
know we can, because more than 9 out of every 10 customers who bought or sold a
house through an ERA franchised office were so pleased with their
experience that they would choose or recommend an ERA member broker again.
