The
purpose of the ERA training department is to promote and provide
effective real estate training to the member brokers and sales associates. The
ultimate goal, training programs that will contribute to an increase in
productivity and profitability for all members.

eCampus – Stop here to do everything – see all classes,
register and pay, if applicable. Choose from several nationally recognized
courses, yet take the course from the comfort of your home or office while still
having full interaction with your instructor and other attendees.

Facilitated Training – This format of training is setup classroom
style. In this adult learning style our instructors create an interactive
atmosphere, by requesting involvement through questions, interactive video or
audio exercises, written exercises, reading and role playing.

Computer-Based Training – A training suite in which students can
choose from any or all of the one-day classes to meet their needs. Classes can
be hands-on or hands-free. The classes are guaranteed to deliver practical
applications that you can implement immediately.

Self-Directed Learning – In some cases, training can be
accomplished through self-directed learning. With these courses, students are
provided with a package which contains all materials needed to accomplish the
course objectives. Materials can include self-study guides, video programs and
workbooks. Students may be required to submit forms indicating they completed
the course to receive a certification. In some cases, the student is held
accountable by their broker for completion of the tasks required.

Consulting – Once an office is up and running, the ERA
service commitment includes a consulting team serving as the liaison between our
member brokers and ERA Real Estate. This ongoing membership support structure
provides the interaction necessary for all ERA member brokers to address
their individual needs. ERA supplies all member brokers with access to TeamERA.com,
an online reference guide that describes all the programs, products and services
available through ERA. And the ERA® Answers Line is a toll-free service available to member brokers and sales associates, so whenever a problem arises, the answer is just a phone call away.
Broker Councils are regional groups of ERA
member brokers who meet with the purpose of promoting and providing improved
real estate services to the public.

Technology Solutions Learning Series – These virtual courses
will help you learn about the latest ERA technology tools that can help
you grow your business and market your listings. This curriculum is a series of
self-paced and virtual class sessions held on eCampus via Centra. Each session
is designed to give you an in-depth overview of the tools as well as specific
instructions on how to put the tools into practice for your business.
