It is not only a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive consumer database, that offers you unsurpassed access to and management of valuable customer data. It also contains a diverse selection of ERA-branded print and email direct marketing programs to help you prospect and stay-in-touch with many different types of consumers.
  • Quick Flyer – This tool includes property flyers and an expanded selection of personal promotion flyers that you can create with just a few clicks of the mouse.
  • Quick Market Report – lets you give potential sellers and buyers a snapshot of recently sold homes in an area, as well as other real estate-related material in a very concise and professional printed informational package.
  • Logo and Image Library – contains an abundance of photos and logos available for you to use for market promotional pieces. The images include imagery relating to diversity shots, along with architectural images within a house or outside, yard signs, open house and listing presentation images, as well as families and sales professionals interacting with customers. Also included in the library are many different ERA logos, program logos and certification logos.
